Professor Primrose has opened a portal into the past, sending in fresh victims to fuel his experiments.  Forbidden powers have awakened bizarre creatures now stalking the woods, seeking to consume body and soul alike.  Fortunately, guests are guided through our half-mile trail by a Traveler, enigmatic adventurers experienced in navigating the twisted spaces that lie between reality and nightmares.

We suggest 13 and older. Anyone younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Absolutely, we have a safe word. At any time you can be escorted out to safety. Once you leave the attraction no refunds will be given.

Inadvertently, there is a possibility. We like to achieve the don’t touch us, we won’t touch you policy, but sometimes you may be accidentally brushed by a monster.

No, this is a wooded trail and people in costume pose a risk to themselves and our actors.

You should wear shoes which are comfortable to walk in and are not likely to trip you up.  Anything with narrow heels is a bad idea, as are flip-flops or other shoes not firmly attached to your feet.

Not exactly. We put people in groups of 6, which means you may be going through our show with some of your neighbors you haven’t met before. If a group of 4 is in line, and your group of 2 comes up, if we are busy we will add that group of 2 further up in line so their wait is less. It’s not that different than what happens at a restaurant, when you get down to it.

This season will benefit the Salem Area Historical Society. You can visit their website at https://sahshistory.org.  We are investing in our community to help the historical society keep our small town history alive.

This is only a weekend charity event. We will try to reschedule and accommodate you, or just refund your purchase price.

Yes, we are open if it rains; we will close the show for high winds and intense lightning.

Our show is for a charity event, so there are no coupons.

Yes, we accept credit cards at the door and online as well.

No, patrons who try to take photos or videos will be asked to leave without a refund.

Chances are if you have to ask you’re better off leaving it in your car or at home. For the safety of all persons in and around the attraction we ask that you DO NOT bring in any bags, bulky accessories, jewelry, or phones.

Panic Haunted Experience also has a strict NO WEAPONS policy – No weapons of any kind (including but not limited to: guns, knives, pepper spray, lighters, etc.) are permitted inside of the attraction. Even people who are licensed to carry firearms, including off-duty law enforcement officers, will NOT be permitted to bring their weapons into the attraction.

Yes, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow the posted rules, as determined by our staff. We do not allow foul language, pushing, fighting, vulgar behavior, alcohol, weapons of any kind, etc.

Please note that by entering the attraction you agree that you do NOT have any right to touch the actors or staff. Any patron found attacking actors or damaging props or any other part of the haunt will be immediately removed and not issued a refund.
